I'm stuck on this one. Just got a new SBIG camera with NB filters. Wanting Maxim DL to align the subs into three aligned images, h-alpha, SII, OIII. I loaded everything into stacker and got an error that R and G are missing. Of course there are no RGB subs, I'm just wanting to get three mono aligned images out for combining in Photoshop or Pixinsight. Any idea how to get that accomplished? I don't need Maxim to create the color combined file. Just need the three files of the combined subs outputted.

    Hope that's clear. Thanks

After you add the images to the Stacker, they should automatically be sorted into their individual color groups. Once this is done, right-click 0n the parent folder (usually the target name) in the Stacker window, and select "Set Group" -> "Individual Planes". Then when you combine the images, it should only stack the images based on the filters into 3 different images.
