We have a STX-6303 with the SkyX imaging package running under Linux. The guide chip always returns data normally. Sometimes the 6303 chip returns noise and only a few faint stars with streaks that look like charge bleed, but the stars are nowhere near to saturation. I will attach a file as an example. The stars are intended to be out of focus.

Disconnecting the camera in software does nothing. The only solution we've seen is to cycle power to the whole system and start over. I have no idea what is going on. If you have any insight, that would be terrific.

We're closed for the long weekend. Perhaps @Tim can suggest something on Monday.

Was it working previously, and now is having this issue?

Can you please provide the serial number for the camera?

Hey @Tim Knauer have you tried upgrading to TheSkyX Daily Build 13811 which is current?
Which Linux are you running on? (eg Ubuntu 22.04 on x64 ?)
Is the firmware in the camera current? You'll need a Windows PC to check it.
