This may be a hardware issue. Can I ask for the Serial Number of the camera? Capacitors and other analog components suffer from aging, and eventually they become out of tolerance or fail. This sometimes shows up as problems in the images. Our hardware service expert @Bill may be able to assist you.
hello and thank you for your answer. the serial number of the CCD is 12034555. This camera was already repaired by Bill a few years ago.
Those lines are a characteristic of the ccd. It is best described by Alan Holmes, in an email he sent me a few years ago. Send me an email, bill@sbig.com, and I will send his response along to you.
