Installed latest ccdops on new computer. Drivers are current. My st8300c will connect I can focus , grab. But when I try to turn on cooling (select "setup") the program shuts down. Any help is appreciated
Hi John, can you be a bit more specific - what versions of what are you running SBIG Driver Checker Firmware Driver versions CCDOps version Is Microsoft Visual C Runtime version 10 on the machine - if it's a brand new PC, it might not have it. Look for MSVCR100.dll - you can download the runtime from Microsoft. Have you run Windows Update on the machine to make sure it is all current? Any error messages? Anything like an Application Error in the Windows Event Viewer Application log?
