No, not likely. Most filter wheels are designed to know the spacing between positions and number of filters. Some have different apertures eg 2" vs 1.25" or T-thread (42mm). What wheel do you have?
An 8 position 1.25" is up for sale. I need 7 position 36mm. Some makes permit changing the carousels.
