Hi. All of a sudden my cooler can not cool the STT any more than 5 degrees below ambient (9º c). It's running at 100% and I have tried in both Maxim 6.08 and CCDOps. I have the latest drivers and firmware. I've only had this camera for just over a year and cooling has never been an issue. It was working the night before perfectly at -20 and around 35% power. Seems odd that it would have complete loss of cooling only after a year. I just wanted to check this forum to see if there is anything I can do to solve this. If it's a hardware problem, how do I arrange for it to be sent in and fixed. Thanks. Sam
Hi Joshua, Yes, Maxim and CCDOps both show that the fan is running at 100%. However, this is only what the applications are displaying - I can't hear if the fans are running because it at a remote location. I will have someone check if the fans are actually on. Thanks for the suggestion. Sam
