I would like to setup for focus during the day on a terrestrial object. Is that possible? I am using SGP. I tried exposure at 0.001 and still get a white frame.

The minimum exposure is 0.1 seconds.

The camera is far too sensitive to image in daylight without a strong neutral density filter.

For daylight use the STF-8050 is more suitable since it can do 1 microsecond exposures.

Thanks. Maybe one of the narrow band filters will work.

I've used a narrowband filter before to take an image of the moon, and that did work. So it's possible it may work for you in daytime imaging. If it's still too bright you could try stopping down the aperture.
