Hi, Our observatory computer has a copy of Maxim DL v6.13. The license is expired, but it was still working. I recently tested a demo version on the same computer, and it "updated" the old license. Even with the demo version uninstalled, the old version still has the 30 day license. I have a copy of the original email for the old license, but when I try to install it, the software says "No valid license could be found in the file." Q1: If we purchase a new license, is it true that we can install the software on 2 computers? If so that would solve our problem. Q2: Otherwise, could you somehow send a valid license for the old software. The old version is S/N 219SQ-CYA07-4P675-98QYY-8E8YS-SH. It was purchased by another member of our department, sburns. I'll send the license to you via private message. You can install MaxIm DL on two machines, but you are only allowed to use it on one machine at a time.
