Resolved does not recognize remote guidehead in the Sky X

I use an STL 11000 camera and guide with a remote guidehead. I noticed lately that TheSKy X does not recognize the remote guidehead and uses the internal guiding chip instead. That is a serious problem trying to do imaging in H alpha in particular.
When setting up the autoguider in TheSky, the manual says that we should specify ...internal guiding chip and the software should recognize automatically that the remote guidehead is plugged in.
Any idea why it does not work ?
