Double purchase

    Dear all,
    I write here because in cyanogen webiste I've not found any e-mail to write to...
    In 2015 I purchased, by error, a double copy of Maxim DL, and just in the past days I realized I double pay it.
    Is there any way I can take back my money, or to obtain a sort of reduction for future purchases?

    Unfortunately, we have no MaxIm DL licenses under your name.

    Perhaps you are thinking of different software?

    I'm sorry, I've not specified.
    Software was licensed to:
    Società Astronomica"G.V. Schiaparelli" - Order ID: 8391696 payed with credit card.
    We purchase the first copy on July, then we have not received any e-mail with the software license.
    Then we purchased it again on November, and all went just fine...

    Società Astronomica"G.V. Schiaparelli" - Order ID: 8391696 payed with credit card.
    We purchase the first copy on July, then we have not received any e-mail with the software license.
    Then we purchased it again on November, and all went just fine...

    We only have one license under the name Società Astronomica G.V. Schiaparelli.
    It was issued in November, 2015.

    Also, you do not appear to be the purchaser of record for this license.

    Please note that once the permanent license has been issued, there is no refund given.

    Since this does not appear to be your license, but instead is a license for an astronomy society -
    and also, you are not the purchaser of record - we can not do anything at this point.

    Dear Mercedes,
    our President, Dr. Vanni Belli, purchased the licenses, under the name "Società Astronomica Schiaparelli".
    It's not the point, however: the point is that we double payed it, once in July and once in November (when we received the license).
    I enclose our bank statement (imports are in Euros).
    So my question is: what can we do to have our money back or to have a discount for our future purchases?

    Dear Luca Buzzi:

    Thank you for the additional information.

    I have found a MaxIm DL Pro license with the name "Vanni Belli".
    As mentioned, once the permanent license has been issued,
    there is no refund.

    Two permanent licenses have been issued and sent. If Dr. Belli
    can not find the license emailed to him, please let me know, and
    I will forward it to him. The license was sent July 9, 2015.

    I have also updated our records to show that your astronomy
    society owns two licenses. Please note for astronomy organizations,
    it is not unusual for them to have more than one license, as the software
    is licensed for use on only one computer, and most clubs have need for
    several licenses.
