Download from camera has suddenly got much longer

    Hi

    I have a STXL1102 and I've just updated my drivers to the latest versions. I've also upgraded my observatory computer to Windows 10 which was probably ill advised. I've upgraded Maxim to 6.10 but this also happens with 6.08. I've also tested with CCDOPS. In doing test exposures I've noticed that unbinned images now take more than one minute to download and even binned 4x4 takes over 30 seconds. This is much slower than before.

    Any ideas on a cause?

    Moved into the STXL section, since this clearly has nothing to do with MaxIm DL (CCDOPS is the same).

    First of all, please make sure you have the latest drivers installed, using SBIG Driver Checker.

    Yes - updating the drivers appeared to fix it. The funny thing is that I thought I had already done that a few days ago.
