We are using ST8300 model for building our product and we validated the integrated system using a particular version of firmware. In controlling the fabrication process, we need to make sure that the firmware on each camera is the same and of a particular version. The cameras we have in stock have an older version and I use the internet connection via DriverChecker64 to update firmware which at the moment is of version 2.47. As part of establishing our building procedures, we must ensure that the firmware version stays at that level. The best way for this purpose would be to have the firmware downloadable file available to us. The same goes for the usb driver, but no problem there since we have the driver file.

My question is, can the firmware file be delivered with our camera order? Or is it possible to ship cameras to us with the wanted firmware only?

    Thank you,
    Elizabeth
