I bought a new windows 8.1 computer. I downloaded the driver checker from SBIG's website. when I tried downloading drivers first , it came back with disable fire wall. I turned windows fire wall off completely. I also then started driver checker as administrator, but it still fails. I did get error 200 one time, but mostly connects, but doesn't seem to download anything. I've re installed driver checker, rebooted etc. but still get the same thing. Onetome it did say to remove fire wall, but they were. what am I missing? thanks
