Error when trying to renew licence

    Hello
    I have a Maxim DL licence that expired on 2021/02/09
    When I try to renew I get an error and a mail with following text:
    An Error Occurred
    We were unable to process your request because we were unable to generate your offer. Please contact customer support.

    Can you please hel me?

    I got an discount offer, but at chek out it adds a second licence of maxim DL ...

    Hello
    I found out how to:
    I removed the cupon then reduced the amount of licences to 1 and then re applied cupon...
