    And, do we now start reporting SBIG camera issues on this forum too (or am I putting the carriage 'fore the horse') ?

    Open support tickets are still available in the old Freshdesk system, http://diffractionlimited.freshdesk.com/, but all future support should be done here.

    Yes, there is a section for SBIG camera issues.

    Thanks, that worked. I moved the ticket to this forum (#1594), and closed it on old system
