   I just received my STT 8300. I was setting it up and noticed that only one of the fans operating. It seem to be cooling just fine.

   Take off the back cover and check that they are both plugged in.

   Yes they are both plugged in. However when I touch the wire on the connection that is not working it comes on. It will not stay on. It is clear that the wire on the plug is not good connection.
