hi i have an account and am able to log in (though its been a year or more) but unable to view any of the forum discussions. can you please see if there is something wrong or that I need to do? I have a couple of technical questions concerning Maxim. thanks Josh
You already have access to the public forums (hardware stuff), but you never registered for software support on the forum. You didn't do Step #2 at https://forum.diffractionlimited.com/pages/TechSupportHowTo/ I was able to look up your email address and verify that you have a valid MaxIm DL license, so I have manually set you to "Customer" status, which gives you full access.
