Have you used this equipment configuration?

    Hi there.

    I am reaching out to see if anyone is or has used the following equipment configuration:
    STX16803/FW7-STX/SC3-AOX via Maxim DL.

    Reason for question is to ascertain whether you have successfully been able to operate this configuration.

    I have that with the older STX instead of SC-3 and it works perfectly.

    Sorry to ask, but what is your confidence level in whether the system configuration I outlined above works, and works well, given that it would appear no one is using it?

    StarChaser / AO-X operates completely independently of the camera. As long as it comes to focus, it doesn't matter what camera is behind it. And the SC-3-LONG is specifically designed to come to focus with the STX+FW7.

    From the camera's perspective, it doesn't know the StarChaser and AO-X are in front of it.

    So yes, it will work.
