I've just spent a somewhat frustrating half hour trying to follow the instructions given to contact technical support in order to retrieve a lost license. One thing is for certain, the instructions given will not allow you to request a retrieval of your license. After registering on the web site, reading through FAQ's, filling out forms and being rejected I am reduced to making a public plea here... can I get some assistance? Charlie
