Hi All, I have an SBIG 6303 installed on my telescope. My computer is suddenly refusing to connect to the camera. I would like to turn off the camera manually and turn it back on. Do I just pull the power plug out of the Camera? I do not see any turn off switch. The camera seems to run properly and getting power and the cooler is currently running, but I have no way to change anything via a computer. Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks.
Thank Doug. Can I pull the plug even if the cooling fan is running full speed? Or will that harm the camera in any way? And afterward, just plug the power cable back in?
Yes, that's correct, you can just unplug the AC cord and plug it back in. If you still have a connection problem after you do some troubleshooting, let us know.
