The observatory I work at has Maxim DL licensed, but the name associated with the license is that of an IT person. I'm the actual user, but how do I gain access to the software section to post a question about a possible bug in Maxim DL when the email in the license file isn't my email address?

The license that was under Hick's name expired Aug 2015. The current license is under the name Martin.
