1) had a BSOD event on the older laptop and that was the end. 2) purchased a new laptop (to be used in field) said laptop is a top of the line MSI, I-9 11th gen., NIVIDA gpu top end. 3) received receipt and license and verification code. 4) used this address to upload newest Maxim DL pro, the address i used (from Maxim is https://www.diffractionlimited.com/down/MaximDL628.exe.) NO SUCH ADDRESS FOUD, tried uncap M in address, no variation helped. SO what do you do when the info provided by Maxim is faulty. 4) went to Maxim website, tried the upgrade area, entered both new and previous serial number both result in error notifications including e-mail notification. 5) sent a request from Maxim website defining problem, BUT, who knows when they will respond. SO if there is any one in the community who maybe able to assist in any way, input would be appreciated. 6)?????? Maxim make its install this difficult, or do the enjoy pissing off their customers, and it has already cost me 2+ hours trying to install a program. Respectfully submitted R. Hancey RN.
