We measure sensor tilt at the factory, by using a special microscope, and if necessary provide shim washers for the front mounting plate. We also supply a "shim sheet" with every camera showing the location of any shims required. It is extremely unlikely for the sensor to shift once installed. It is intimately connected to the cooler stack.
