Is it time to clean my filters?

    Hi,
    Attached is a typical flat field which has many dust donuts (after my stretch). Some people say this dirt is subtracted from the image and thus has no effect on the result. I find a few dust donuts not completely subtracted out of my image.

    So is it necessary to clean my filters?

    That's quite a bit of dust, so it's time.

    Agree with Colin, except for that "quite a bit" part. I'd go with "huge".
