M 17 Hubble Palette

    This is my first color image with my newly acquired 9.25" Edge. I imaged this whenever there was a clear night when the moon was up in July and August of this year. Sadly I didn't think about getting RBG stars until later in the season, then the weather did not cooperate, I'll have to wait until next year.



    17x20 Minutes in Ha for a total of 340 Minutes
    25x20 Minutes in OIII for a total of 500 Minutes
    9x20 and 5x30 Minutes in SII for a total of 330 Minutes



    Celestron 9.25" Edge OTA@F7
    MI-250 mount with SiTech control
    SBIG STT-8300 CCD and AO-8
    Acquired with MaximDL, processed with MaximDL, PixInsight, and Photoshop.
