M27 (again!) with STC-7

    Had a couple of clear nights, so I did a new, longer RGB + Ha sequence. Processed to bring out some of the fainter, outer details.

    I like how the jets are really visible beyond the central body of this nebular. Came out nicely.
    Is that a close pair of stars or a tiny galaxy at 540,910 ? may be a jpeg artifact. I think its stars. Hard to tell.

    Nicely done Doug....

    The object at 540,910 looks like a double star to me.

    The bright star at the right bottom corner has a bunch of 'pup' stars around - very cool.
