Here is a m42 taken with STL-11000m, three 5 minute R-G-B images. (45 minutes total) Scope AP R-H 305mm @ f/3.8 Would like to have "HDRed' this image but the short exposures were closed out due to clouds. _..-- TiM
Thanks Doug..... Here is another M42 with 2 minute exposures for each RGB channel. Short exposure to not blow out the core but even 2 minutes was a bit to long. The old STL-11000 is just to sensitive. No darks for processing and to few frames to clean up the streaks. Google even got into the act when it 'discovered' the image and enhanced it further.
