M42 before I did the M81 last Friday nite jan. 11 , 2018 and these were RAWMonochrome Autosaves thru MaximDL Pro V6.16 with a CanonEOSII 6D using an APM Flattener for 1155mmF/L for fiftythree images from 17secISO2500 to 615secISO2500 and Sum stacked in MaximDL Pro … then I put the FITS into "ImagesPlus" trying to show what I could and this is one version of it . The image looks like it is 'collimated' OK after I re-did the Telescope x The FITS with "PinPoint Astrometry" USNO-A2 'solve' and has some 19th mag. stars . x
