I purchased an online copy of Maxim dl pro on the 23rd and still dont have the second email with the licence details.order id 8219957
Can anybody tell me how to contact diffraction limited to get my order sortef out? Ive emailed dgeorge@cyanogen.com and posted the message here and have had no reply. Surely this is not how they do business.
I'm surprised no one got back to you already - sorry about that. This is the correct venue for support requests. We don't recommend sending email. Our server logs show that the license was sent on the 23rd. Did you check your spam filter? I will forward a copy by private message. Doug
