Resolved Maxim License Question

    Hi - I purchased a 16803 and am now trying to install Maxim Dl for the first time, as I try to chase down the cause of an artifact in my subs. I have the USB key with the software suite, but after I install it, it asks me to point it to the license. It can't seem to find this file on the USB drive. Is there somewhere specific I should be looking?

    Thanks. I have done so. I received an email that has in the subject line the following message: "Unable to authenticate your request for MaxIm LT". Confusingly, in the body of the email, it says "success".

    Yes we noticed recently that there's some kind of glitch in the system. I've asked @Adam Robichaud to look at that... but I believe this means it did in fact work.

    A human has to approve it. Once that is done you'll get your license.
