Staff Assigned: Adam Robichaud Missing associated files with SBIG WinDevKit.zip

My question relates to the SBIG WinDevKit.zip fie found at this URL:

The PDF file SBIGUDrv.pdf states that the following programs are contained in the \Tools directory of the zip file:

"Visual C++ Sample Program – Includes a sample Visual Studio 6 project.
Visual Basic Sample Programs – Includes some sample Visual Basic programs.
SBIG C++ Sample Classes – Includes sample source code for CSBIGCamera and CSBIGImage classes."

These are not present in the zip file. Could somebody point to where I may find these files?
