Need help to figure it out how to activate MaximDL 6.11v

    Hello,

    In one of computers here at the organization, has the software MaximDL 5.23 installed. The people that work with this software noticed that they could upgrade it to version 6.11.

    When I went there to update it, I was not able to. I followed the instructions on the official web page and nothing. I still have the serial number and others information, however when I copy paste them to a txt file, I still can not get it to work.

    I looked around here a little bit, could not find another thread with the same problem.

    Does anyone have an idea how I could upgrade it?

    When we released Version 6, all V5 users with valid upgrades received an email with a Version 6 license. You'll need that in order to run V6.

    I think the email would have come from websales@cyanogen.com
    Search for that email address from your email

    Thank you for your replay. I will try those, also, how can I proceed to change the e-mail information which was used to register the software?

    Just PM me the new address and I will update your records. (Will not change license itself.)
