We had bought a SBIG camera in the past years. The camera model is ST-1603ME and serial number is 08103647. Unfortunately, we had lost this camera's driver. This camera’s model can not be found in your website. So may you send me a new camera diver?

Hi ，I have downloaded the corresponding driver and check it with that sbig checker correctly. However, l set the ST-1603me to connect to pc by usb, the software denoted that it can't find the camera. l uploaded the detailed photo to you. By the way, my pc only support USB 3.0 and system is windows 10. l can't confirm that ST-1603me would support windows 10 and USB 3.0.
