Hi folks, Just installed SBIG drivers for STXL 16200 and having problems connecting. Installed Driver Checker 64 and updated drivers etc which I have done numerous times before but this time when checking firmware on the camera I get the error "could not link SBIG UDRV.DLL Please click on update on the drivers tab and try again" Camera powers up normally and SBIG USB devices properly listed in device manager Thanks Dave

Problem solved! Thank you sir! Yes indeed it was because of missing VC runtime dll. This was revealed to me when I tried opening CCDops and it wouldn't open because of the specific file missing. Driver checker 64 did not say why it wouldn't connect but CCDOps did. Very strange since I have done reinstalls before and never saw this problem. Anyway, the downloads that solved this, for my case, I found here in MS support https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...-windows/caf454d1-49f4-4d2b-b74a-c83fb7c38625. Please note even though it says for windows 11 it still worked for me running Win 10. Thanks! Dave
