    You misspelled your own email address when you entered the order. oprator@... instead of operator@... So both emails were lost.

    So this one's on you! :)

    I'll get the system to reissue your license. Your email receipt is lost for good, so I will also log into the payment processor and get them to send you a new receipt; it won't show what you bought, but at least you'll have something.
