Hello, Since a few weeks i'm trying to buy the MaXim DL 6 Pro software via the Cyanogen website. After filling in all the payment information (Mastercard, Europe) the website blocks the payment. Is there another way to get the software? Or is it possible to pay a different way?
The likely problem is the bank that issues your credit card. Since we are located in Canada (I assume you are probably within the US), in some cases, your bank will require authorization to make a purchase out of country. If you call your bank, and tell them you will be making the purchase, they will be able to authorize it, and you should then be able to complete the transaction via the website. The only other payment options are via check or wire transfer which can take some time to process.
