Problem with getting a license/download

    Yesterday I ordered MaxIm DL Pro Download. I got the invoice/order number 8160147. But after submitting the payment a message was returned "Sorry, but you order has been declined.". Until now I did not get an email with a download link or license key.

    Could you please check the order number and what went wrong?

    Response from bank was "Declined".

    Common problem. Some banks are very nervous about international online orders, and have a tendency to decline them. Just call your bank and tell them that you want them to approve the purchase. They will then allow it and you can try placing your order again.

    I called my bank, one minute later I placed my order in your store again, and only another minute later I got the license and downlink in my mailbox. Great! :)

    Welcome aboard. I just manually set you to "Customer" in the forum, so you don't have to go through the usual procedure.
