Problems with color conversion of SBIG ST-4000XCM files in “st4k” format

My actual version of CCPOPS 5.57 Built 1 does not color convert files with “st4k” format correctly with the “Single Shot Color Convert” button. After pushing the button the color convert does not properly take into account the rotated Bayer matrix of the ST-4000XCM. After pushing the button red nebulaes are shown green instaed of red. I have used this button before with an older version of CCDOPS and it has worked as expected. Has CCDOPS lost the capability to color convert “ST4K” files?
