Resolved purchase receipt but no key/serial

    My purchasing department (Sonoma State University) renewed our MaximDL subscription and forwarded me the receipt, but nobody can find the updated license key / serial. Our running software shows the email of the individual in purchasing, but she only has the receipt. How can I get the key so I can update the software?

    And can we change the email address on file to the one we use for observatory support instead of an individual in purchasing?

    Sorry for the vagueness, but I'm wary of posting details in a public forum. If you can reach out to me via the email address in my profile I can be more specific. Or if there's a better place to post I can do that.

    I found a record in our database, which was processed on Feb 8 (Monday). The email used was ssugort@(redacted).edu. The license was definitely sent, so it may be in a spam filter.

    I'll send you the license via private message.
