Purchased software with wrong email address

I have purchased software but registered a wrong email address.

I have known that the software has been purchased through credit card history.
I haven't received the license key since the email address has a type-o.

1. I need to change the email address from my purchase.
2. I need the license key and download link to the software which has been purchased.

Please, let me know what to do to fix above problem.
