Hi, I am getting an error when I attempt to start the seeing monitor software. A small window pops up giving: Readout exposure command failed for line 1 The camera is connected, powered on and shows up in the device manager as SBIG USB camera with Firmware. The camera is in a remote location, so I am trying to fix this without hands on access. I have restarted the computer and that did not fix the issue. Any suggestions?
