Repair Request - Procedures Please

    I have been guiding with the ST-i for several years, but now the mini USB connector on the camera is no longer reliable. I need to ship it in for repair and cleaning. I lose connection with the camera when the usb cable is flexed.

    I'll have to install a strain relief for the usb cable to prevent a recurrence

    Procedures please.

    You would ship the ST-I here with a note explaining the issue.
