Installing of CCDOPS problem which I received with my new ST-I color camera. I installed the 64-bit driver checker. Made Shure that I had administrator privileges on my WIN 10 Dell lap top. I ran the SBIG software and catalog CD. Then I selected set up new camera then install CCDOPS. Then the following appears: Can't execute E:\CCDOPS\InstOps5r55b41.exe!. Has any one out there experienced the same thing. I did call the SBIG office in Ottawa requesting to speak to some one about this problem. I did get voice mail, described the problem as above, gave my name and phone number but no return call received.....
Might be something wrong with your CD or drive. Best solution is to download the latest software from https://www.sbig.com/support/software/
