[RESOLVED]CCDOPS support

    Installing of CCDOPS problem which I received with my new ST-I color camera.
    I installed the 64-bit driver checker. Made Shure that I had administrator privileges on my WIN 10 Dell lap top. I ran the SBIG software and catalog CD. Then I selected set up new camera then install CCDOPS. Then the following appears:
    Can't execute E:\CCDOPS\InstOps5r55b41.exe!. Has any one out there experienced the same thing. I did call the SBIG office in Ottawa requesting to speak to some one about this problem. I did get voice mail, described the problem as above, gave my name and phone number but no return call received.....

    I was able to fix his issues via Teamviewer. It was a CD drive issue.
