SBIG Allsky 340 Image Issues

    My allsky 340 is displaying abnormal images as shown in the attachment. Would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue.

    That appears to be a problem with the substrate bias, or perhaps the clock drivers.

    My AllSky 340 from 2016 had the same issue, now I can no longer connect. I am in Canada. Can you send me an RMA request form link?
