Thank you for purchasing an SBIG camera!

SBIG Camera A and SBIG Camera B are the correct two halves of the camera showing up in Device manager.
Windows Update will keep te driver up to date.
Do they have a yellow error symbol beside them?

Next, you should run the DL Config program, and it should list the camera.

Next, register for the MaxIm LT license as decscribed in the documentation and then you can control the camera.

I also suggest that you check if you have the latest drivers and firmware in the camera.

You can get the latest versions by going to this web page:
    https://diffractionlimited.com/product/aluma-8300/
Scroll down to the DOWNLOADS section and click the [v] to expand that section.

The Stellarmate issue is because that is an embedded computer with a proprietary operating system, not one that we support out of the box and we don't claim to support it. One of our developers is looking at that separately with the owner of Stellarmate.

I'm not sure how SGP sets up filter wheels, but if you are using our ASCOM driver to connect to the camera, you should also use ASCOM to connect to the filter wheel.

I think we need a bit more information.
Are you using a self-guiding filter wheel (eg FW8G-Aluma) or standard filter wheel (FW8S-Aluma) ?
Do you have a Remote Guide Head?
Are you using an SC-2 guider?
    Or no guider at all?

    Tips:

    Camera Control Window
    Camera 1
    Setup
    DL Imaging
Press the Advanced button. It will bring up a screen similar to DL Config.
Make sure you have the * beside the AL8300. Double click it in the list.

    Filter wheel:
With the power OFF and USB unplugged from the camera, check that the round mini-DIN connector from the filter wheel is properly plugged into the I2C AUX port on the camera body.
Make sure the pins line up with the socket in the correct orientation.
Make sure no pins are bent. You might need a magnifying glass to check.

    Self Guiding Filter wheel:
If you have a self guiding filter wheel, again, with the power OFF, and USB unplugged, make sure the mini-DIN is inserted as mentioned above.
Make sure the wide cable (looks like an HDMI) between the filter wheel and the camera body Remote Guide Head port is properly inserted.
Camera Control Window - Camera 1 - Turn ON Dual Chip mode.

    Remote Guide Head:
Make sure the wide cable (looks like an HDMI) between the filter wheel and the camera body Remote Guide Head port is properly inserted.
Camera Control Window - Camera 1 - Turn ON Dual Chip mode.

    SBIG StarChaser SC-2 off-axis guider:
    Camera Control Window
    Camera 2 - Setup
    DL Imaging
Press the Advanced button. It will bring up a screen similar to DL Config.
Make sure you have the * beside the SC1300. Double click it in the list.

When you power up the camera, does the filter wheel move as it is initialized?

    Thanks
    Colin

    Aluma 8300 Pro Package
I managed to connect aluma 8300 and sc-2 only.

-Im using sbig aluma 8300, StarChaser SC-2,and FW8S non guided
    -Dont have remote guide head

Sadly I found one of the pin was broken
But when i power the camera the filter wheel start rotate to position so does that mean i cant connect FW8S to DL Imaging if the pin was broken ?

The filter wheel will not work with a broken pin. It will have to be repaired.
Check the socket on the camera where that goes to see if the pin is snapped off in there. If it is, then the camera may have to be repaired as well.
