The ST series cameras used a triple output power supply. Unfortunately no one manufactures those anymore. Perhaps you could find one on the used market.
Jameco has them in components. There is a metal framed triple with 120v/240v AC input that would fit, but you'll need to add the AC cord and power cord with DIN plug to the camera. You'll also need to protect this frame from the elements. A 12 volt DC to + & - 12 V and +5 V may require 2 DC-to-DC modules plus enclosure and the cables. Experience in electronics repair and assembly needed. Check with a local person that can do these things if you cannot.
