    Hi,

We have a SBIG STL-6303E (Serial No. 010500243) that when you plug the power supply in it does nothing, when you unplug the power there's a very brief flash of the LEDs. I checked the power supply with a voltmeter and it's putting out 12V. We had some bad storms here a week ago, and found some other things dead in our control room, PC video inputs, and a network card on the pc that the camera was plugged into. I'm suspecting there was a possible lighting strike discharge close by that may have zapped these things along with the camera. Trying to get some information for the faculty and find out if repair is possible for this thing. Let me know if any more information is needed from me. Thanks!

Unfortunately we can no longer service STL cameras. The parts are no longer available.
