Despite successfully installed SBIG Driver Checker 64 bit and the camera profile showed up in Device Manager on my Windows 10, it can not show up in the drop-down list of Camera Model in my MaxIm DL 5.03. My MaxIm DL 5.03 is still in Temporary License while waiting for the Permanent License. Any idea what should I do to make it work? Fast response will be very appreciated since I need to use my Old SBIG ST-8300M on Maxim DL 5.03 tomorrow.
Your license is for MaxDSLR, which can control DSLRs and webcams only. To get full camera control you need to upgrade to MaxIm DL Pro. An alternative is to get MaxIm LT. Since you would have to pay to upgrade to V6 this would be a less expensive option to get SBIG camera control.
