Hi, We recently purchased an "SBIG USB to FW" device (together with two SBIG AFW-10 filter wheels) with SN: USBFW018. According to its manual there is an "SBIG USB to FW" driver software for using the Dual Filter wheel setup. When I visit the products page (https://diffractionlimited.com/product/usb-fw/) I do not see a downloads section for software. According to https://forum.diffractionlimited.com/threads/sbig-usb-to-fw-driver-software.9264/ the software was supposed to be provided with the device, but we got no memory stick (also it is not mentioned in the packing list) and we cannot find the SBIG.USB_FW Setup.exe (that is mentioned in the User's manual). Thus we cannot proceed with the instillation of the system. Can you pleas e-mail me this file, or point me to where it can be downloaded from? Thanks, Shai
