I enclose image taken with the camera. The fault appears when the sensor starts to cool down. is there a solution? best regards Giovanni Filippi
The document only applies to STL cameras, not ST series. The hardware is completely different so there's no possibility of that being the same cause. Perhaps @Bill can comment on the problem?
One thought is that the camera is USB 1.1 and has no memory buffer, and should not share a USB port with any other devices that can interrupt the flow of data. It should not be on a hub or port that is on a USB bus that is shared with other devices. @Bill may have some ideas as well.
