ST-10XE Low level horizontal banding seen in the imaging

    The document only applies to STL cameras, not ST series. The hardware is completely different so there's no possibility of that being the same cause.

    Perhaps @Bill can comment on the problem?

    One thought is that the camera is USB 1.1 and has no memory buffer, and should not share a USB port with any other devices that can interrupt the flow of data. It should not be on a hub or port that is on a USB bus that is shared with other devices.
    @Bill may have some ideas as well.

    it wouldn't be a problem to send it to you. We use CCDOps, we want to try another software ... what do you think?

    Giovanni, I think Bill is right, that it should come in for service and repair.
